Chengdu International Tea Expo — leading exhibition for tea, ceramics, packaging and cultural exchange in Chengdu

The Chengdu International Tea Expo is one of China’s most significant events in the tea industry, combining trade, culture and innovation. Held annually at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, the show brings together over 900 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors from across Asia and beyond. It features the 11th Zisha & Ceramic Art Exhibition and the 3rd National Black Tea Industry Development Conference, making it a diverse platform that connects tradition and modernity.

The event covers all sectors of the tea industry, including green, black, oolong, white, yellow and puer teas, herbal infusions, tea-processing equipment, packaging design, quality testing and organic farming. It highlights ceramics and Yixing Zisha clay teaware, blending artistic craftsmanship with functional design. Tea ceremonies, cultural forums and innovation showcases promote sustainable growth and international cooperation in tea culture.

Participants include leading tea companies from Yunnan, Fujian, Guangdong and Taiwan, international exhibitors from India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Japan, as well as ceramic studios, packaging designers and logistics providers. Visitors include importers, distributors, cultural institutions and tea enthusiasts.

Exhibits cover all tea types, modern packaging, teaware, ceramic art, processing machinery and sustainable technologies. Dedicated zones feature tasting sessions, artisan demonstrations, and rare tea collections.

Located in the heart of Chengdu, the venue offers world-class exhibition halls, conference rooms and cultural facilities for large-scale international trade shows.

Organized by Sichuan Expo Economic Development Co., Ltd., with support from the China Tea Marketing Association and the Sichuan Provincial Government. The event is UFI-certified, ensuring international standards and strong global participation.
