Chongqing Tea Expo — international exhibition for tea, ceramics, teaware and tea culture in Chongqing

The Chongqing International Tea Industry Expo is a major event in Southwest China’s tea sector. Taking place on November 21–24 at the Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Center (Nanping), the show spans 20,000 sqm and gathers more than 500 exhibitors across 1,000 booths. It connects tea producers, ceramic artisans, equipment suppliers and traders, promoting cross-regional trade and cultural exchange.

Themes include tea production and processing, ceramics, purple clay (Yixing Zisha), teaware, packaging, and tea culture. The event also features tea ceremonies, tastings, cultural performances and forums on sustainable tea trade.

Participants include tea companies from Fujian, Yunnan, Taiwan and Guizhou, as well as ceramic artisans from Yixing and Jingdezhen, packaging designers, traders, and e-commerce platforms. Visitors include tea shop owners, investors, cultural institutions and collectors.

Exhibits feature teas, teapots, teaware, ceramics, packaging, storage solutions, blending machines and artistic crafts. Demonstrations showcase the art of tea-making and pottery shaping, blending craftsmanship with innovation.

Located in the heart of Chongqing, the venue offers modern facilities for exhibitions and conferences, with halls dedicated to tea tastings, ceramic displays and live demonstrations.

Organized by Huajuchen Group with support from the China Tea Marketing Association, the Chongqing Tea Expo promotes regional tea trade, cultural heritage and sustainable growth of China’s tea industry.
