MIF 2025 — international trade, investment and franchising exhibition in Macao

The Macao International Trade & Investment Fair (MIF) is the largest annual international business event in Macao, first launched in 1996. The 2025 edition marks its 30th anniversary and will bring together more than 1,500 exhibitors and over 30,000 professional visitors. National and regional pavilions from 50+ countries will present their trade, investment and innovation projects. The fair serves as a global platform for business cooperation, signing international contracts, promoting cross-border e-commerce, and showcasing new opportunities in sectors such as finance, real estate, agriculture, tourism, healthcare and technology.

Key themes include international trade and investment, franchising, innovation, cross-border e-commerce, SME development and startup presentations. Exhibitors will showcase projects in diverse sectors, from construction and industry to culture and digital economy. Macao’s strategic position as a “gateway” between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, Africa, Europe and Latin America will be highlighted throughout the event.

Participants include national pavilions, international corporations, SMEs, startups and investment promotion agencies. Visitors will include buyers, investors, bankers, venture funds, trade chambers, government delegations and NGOs. The mix of public and private actors makes MIF a powerful platform for building new global partnerships.

Exhibits will feature investment opportunities across industries, export and import goods, franchising concepts, startup projects, and innovative solutions in digitalization, sustainability and cross-border trade. Dedicated zones will be allocated for SME innovation, franchising partnerships and international cooperation projects.

The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo will host MIF 2025, offering modern exhibition halls, conference facilities, and integrated hotel and hospitality services, providing an ideal environment for international delegations and large-scale business events.

The event is organized by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), a government body responsible for international cooperation and investment promotion in Macao. With decades of experience, IPIM ensures professional organization, high-level participation and effective networking opportunities for exhibitors and visitors.
