29th International Russian Metals Market Conference 2026

About the event

The 29th International Russian Metals Market Conference takes place in Saint Petersburg on 9 November 2026. This one-day meeting is for executives and specialists from steelmaking and metals trading companies, suppliers of raw materials and rolled products, service centres and industry associations. The programme focuses on Russian and global metal markets, changing supply and demand, price trends and company decisions in a changing environment.

Morning sessions address steel products and raw materials for ferrous metallurgy. Participants will discuss global competition, the 2027 outlook for ferrous metal consumption, and the prospects for production and sales of flat and long products, wire products and steel pipes. Other talks consider producers’ investment policies, scrap markets and the influence of Asian markets on long-term demand.

An afternoon roundtable examines which business decisions can help companies respond when demand falls. The final session covers the evolution of metal processing services, digital transformation in metals trading and online metal sales. Producers, suppliers, customers and analysts contribute perspectives, connecting market assessments with company experience.

The conference concludes with awards for metal bases, service metal centres and sales networks, followed by an evening reception and informal networking. Registration opens at 09:00 and the business programme runs through the day. The venue is the Krysha Hall at the Grand Hotel Europe, 1/7 Mikhailovskaya Street, Saint Petersburg. The forum is relevant to people making decisions on procurement, sales, investment and metals business development.
