4YFN 2027: Startups, Technology and Business Connections
A startup event alongside MWC Barcelona, with curated technology tracks and business-development formats.
About the event
4YFN27 is a startup event that runs alongside MWC Barcelona while maintaining its own stage and ecosystem. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 1–4 March at Fira Gran Via (North Entrance), Barcelona. Its focus is technology entrepreneurship and business connections among startups, investors and corporates.
Curated tracks cover Corporate Innovation, Fintech, Founders, Investors, New Frontiers, Agentic AI, Climate Tech and Connect Health. Founder-focused content addresses fundraising, product development, go-to-market strategy and scaling. New Frontiers explores how university and research breakthroughs can move towards market applications.
Connect Health is announced as a joint launch at MWC27 and 4YFN. The programme is for healthcare and technology leaders and focuses on collaboration, high-performance connectivity and technology solutions for care. It is one of 4YFN’s tracks alongside the event’s other technology themes.
4YFN’s formats include startup pitching, engagement with investors and corporates, and business meetings. The event team says it builds meeting schedules around participants’ goals before they arrive in Barcelona.
