ANUGA FOODTEC is an international supplier fair for food and beverage production technologies, scheduled in Cologne for 23–26 February 2027.

About the event

ANUGA FOODTEC is scheduled in Cologne from 23 to 26 February 2027. The international supplier fair brings startups, equipment manufacturers and food-industry professionals together around technologies for production, processing and packaging.

The scope spans process technology, filling and packaging, food safety, digitalisation and intralogistics. The 2027 theme, “Navigate Complexity. Smart. Safe. Sustainable.”, looks at managing complex production systems through automation, connected data and more efficient use of resources.

Community Hub SMART focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, digital management and cybersecurity. Community Hub SUSTAINABLE explores resource efficiency, the circular economy, alternative packaging and new protein sources. Opening hours are 09:00–18:00 from 23 to 25 February and 09:00–16:00 on 26 February.
