Auto Shanghai 2027 — The 22nd International Automobile Industry Exhibition — is scheduled for 23 April–2 May 2027 at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai. It is an automotive industry exhibition covering vehicles, the automotive supply chain, new energy vehicles and mobility technology.

Focus and history

The exhibition considers the automotive industry through both finished vehicles and the supply chain. New energy vehicles and mobility technology complement this industrial focus. Auto Shanghai is held every two years and began in 1985. The theme of the 2027 edition is “Embracing Innovation, Empowering the Future”.

The organizers are Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Shanghai International Exhibition (Group) Co., Ltd and Auto Shanghai Management Co., Ltd are named as co-organizers. Messe München GmbH is listed separately as German Co-Organizer.
