Baumesse Chemnitz is a regional exhibition for construction professionals and anyone planning to build, extend, renovate or modernise a home. The 2027 edition is scheduled at Messe Chemnitz for 5–7 February. Its subject areas include building materials and components, skilled trades, building services, real estate and financing. Together, these topics cover several stages of a construction project, from choosing materials and organising work to considering building systems and financial options.

Visitors can explore suppliers’ products, seek advice and learn about different stages of a building project. The fair is intended both for industry professionals and for the wider public interested in construction. At the published box-office rates, a day ticket costs €8 on Friday and €10 on Saturday or Sunday; a reduced weekend ticket costs €8 with proof of eligibility. Admission is free for children aged 16 and under.
