CeMAT ASIA 2026 — intralogistics and transport systems exhibition

About the event

CeMAT ASIA 2026 takes place on 3–6 November 2026 at Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai, at 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong. It covers intralogistics, warehousing, material handling, transport systems and automation. The organizers are 汉诺威米兰展览（上海）有限公司 and 德国汉诺威展览公司.

The exhibition is accompanied by forums, innovation salons, professional meetings, competitions and training. The following dates, times and locations are announced for these programme components. Several run simultaneously in different halls, making timetable overlaps relevant when choosing sessions.

TIFN X Forum: Hall OW2

On 3 November, 09:30–12:00, the topic is the integration of machine vision, control systems and intelligent equipment as a new logistics engine. gongkong® is listed as a collaborating party for this session.

On 3 November, 13:30–16:30, the discussion looks towards smart manufacturing in 2030 through AI, robotics and automation. AHK Greater China is the listed programme partner.

On 4 November, 09:30–16:30, the announced subject combines embodied intelligence, large models and autonomous AI scheduling: moving intralogistics from technology validation towards large-scale deployment. Shenzhen Zhibo Digital Information Technology is among the listed collaborators.

On 3 November, 10:00–16:30, the salon covers intelligent logistics trends and applications in the AI era, with Fraunhofer IML listed as a collaborator. On 4 November, 10:00–12:30, it addresses new intelligent loading and unloading technologies and demonstrations of application cases.

On 4 November, 13:30–17:00, topics include embodied intelligence, cold-chain logistics, digital fulfilment and e-commerce; China Storage & Transport Magazine is listed as a collaborator. On 5 November, 10:00–12:00, a digital-twin forum focuses on smart warehousing. The 13:30–16:30 session addresses hardware and software innovations for warehouse upgrades.

ORANGE Innovation Salon: N3, Booth G2-10

On 3 November, 09:30–12:00, a digital factory logistics technology forum is announced with CFLP’s logistics equipment committee. The 13:30–16:30 session concerns intelligent agents in the physical world and applications of embodied intelligent robots.

On 4 November, 09:30–12:00, the subject is new manufacturing and green supply chains, with China Industry News among the collaborators. AI applications in express delivery and logistics equipment follow at 13:30–16:30. A Smart Logistics Development Forum runs on 5 November, 09:30–16:30, with the industry collaborators listed in the programme.

BLUE Innovation Salon: N3, Booth G2-12

On 3 November, 09:30–12:00, the focus is collaborative innovation across food, beverages, packaging and logistics. The 13:30–16:30 salon addresses logistics talent development and industry–education integration, with Shanghai Logistics Association among the collaborators.

On 4 November, 09:30–12:00, the topic is AI-driven supply chain transformation, from warehouse automation to full-chain collaborative operations. The 13:30–16:30 industrial forum covers embodied picking and handling robots.

On 5 November, 09:30–12:00, the sixth summit addresses logistics robot quality and innovative applications. A seminar on intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment and smart IoT development follows at 13:30–16:30.

Speakers’ Corner: N3, Booth A6

On 3 November, 13:30–16:30, a forum addresses innovative technologies and efficient logistics services in the automotive supply chain. On 4 November, 09:30–12:00, a salon covers beauty and cosmetics logistics and supply chains.

On 4 November, 13:30–16:30, the discussion concerns robots enabling smart logistics and flexible production lines. Relevant CFLP affiliates and IMROBOTIC are listed as partners for these Speakers’ Corner sessions.

Competitions and training

The 2026 Intelligent Manufacturing Competition is announced for 3–6 November in Hall OW4. A separate international university-student invitational competition in intelligent manufacturing takes place there on 4–5 November. Tongji University and Fuyao University of Science and Technology are among its listed collaborators.

A smart manufacturing engineering technician faculty training programme is scheduled for 3–6 November in Room W2-M2. A showcase of selected logistics technology innovation competition entries runs on 3–5 November in OW3, Booth A1. These are distinct programme items with their own locations.

LT WEEK 2026 / LT LIVE × CeMAT ASIA Special Edition runs on 3–4 November in Room W4-M7. Room W3-M10 hosts the 15th China Logistics Famous Brand Award Ceremony on 3 November, 09:30–12:00, followed by a forum on digital and smart solutions for new logistics at 13:30–16:30.

On 3 November, 13:30–16:30, Room W1-M1 hosts the China–Japan logistics technology exchange forum on physical AI and developments in China. An IFENG discussion focusing on CeMAT ASIA runs on 4 November, 09:30–16:30, in W4-M6.

On 4 November, 10:00–16:30, W2-M3 hosts a session on embodied intelligence and AI in factory intralogistics. A logistics operations coffee-break discussion and a smart logistics lecture are both announced that day at 09:30–12:00; the lecture is in W3-M10.
