Corporate Products Day 2026 is an annual conference about using product thinking to turn strategy, decisions and technology into measurable business results. It is scheduled for 28 October in Moscow. The focus is on the value created by initiatives and the ability of teams to meet business goals, rather than on the number of projects launched.

Participants will discuss how to assess management effectiveness and set priorities when resources are limited: what to develop and scale, where to invest, what to change and when to stop a project. This perspective connects the work of product and business teams to company outcomes and supports decision-making under uncertainty.

The programme includes current challenges for 2026 and a presentation of research on the product management market in Russia and the CIS, a session on balancing an initiative portfolio, and real company cases. Separate formats explore team effectiveness in the age of AI and how a results-oriented culture affects a company’s ability to revisit decisions and improve performance.

The conference is intended for business-unit leaders, strategy and business development directors, CDOs and CBDOs, heads of project and product offices, product directors and product teams. HR directors, learning and development professionals, and HR business partners who work with product functions and team development are also among the intended audience.

Corporate Products Day will take place at the IIDF office, 13 Myasnitskaya Street, Building 18, Moscow.
