The official 2027 preview includes, among others, the names Yakima Chief Hops, AEB, BarthHaas and Anton Paar. These are reference points in the published brand selection, rather than a complete participant list or confirmed stand numbers.

The 2027 food pairing zone announcement names 北京利康德利肉食品有限公司, 成都吃圈货子品牌管理有限公司, 黄飞鸿 and 重庆糯娃商贸有限责任公司. Stand numbers have not yet been published.

A separate innovative beverages announcement confirms the first seven names: 田园酿造, 上允食品, 小玖西打, 幻植机打鸡尾酒, 玄水屋, 芦南酿造 and 上海奥谷酒业有限公司. These are the first announced participants in that area, rather than the complete exhibition catalogue.

Exhibition and brewing summit

The exhibition takes place on 26–28 April 2027 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The associated International Beer Brewing Summit runs on 26–27 April and addresses brewing technology and industry subjects. Allow separate time for the exhibition and check the summit programme when combining the two formats.
