ELMA Day 2026: Artificial Intelligence in Business

About the event

ELMA Day 2026, “AI Is Only Natural,” is a one-day conference on artificial intelligence and digital solutions in business. It takes place in Moscow on 12 November. The programme focuses on practical technology adoption, process automation and the experience of companies using digital tools in their operations. It brings management and technology perspectives together around business challenges, with a theme that treats AI as a natural part of everyday work.

Registration begins at 10:00 and the plenary runs from 11:00 to 12:30. Attendees can then choose among four parallel thematic tracks in the Molekula, Fizika, Atom, Kinetika and Optika rooms. Business cases include HeadHunter, MWS Cloud, F6, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Russia and TechnoNICOL. This choice allows attendees to balance a shared plenary with subjects relevant to their work.

The schedule also includes Low Stress Show at 16:00, the ELMA Award at 16:30 and networking from 17:00 to 17:30. The day combines company cases, professional exchange and recognition of projects. Attendance is free after advance registration and approval of the application.

The conference is held at Lomonosov Cluster, 1 Ramensky Boulevard, Moscow. It is relevant to executives, IT teams, digital transformation specialists and business professionals assessing AI for processes and customer services. Four parallel tracks let attendees choose themes connected to their organisation’s needs, while company cases add practical examples to the discussion.
