About the event
ENOMAQ is an international professional exhibition for machinery and equipment used in wineries and bottling, alongside related sectors. Its 50th-anniversary edition is scheduled for 26–28 January 2027 at Feria de Zaragoza. The 2027 scope broadens the traditional focus on wine, olive mills and brewing to include the cultivation, production and packaging chain for beverages and liquid food.
The published sectors include winemaking, viticulture, olive growing, olive-oil technology, brewing, arboriculture, beverages and liquid food. Together, these fields connect agricultural production with processing and packaging. The exhibition’s focus is not limited to winery equipment; it also spans technologies for other beverage and liquid-food operations.
The anniversary edition brings the established and expanded sectors together under the theme “La esencia que nos une” (“The essence that unites us”). ENOMAQ is aimed at an international professional audience.
