EuroCIS 2027 in Düsseldorf: retail technology

About the event

EuroCIS is an international trade fair for retail technology, scheduled in Düsseldorf for 16–18 February 2027. Its subject range spans several parts of a store’s operation, from payments and point-of-sale systems to interaction with customers across channels.

Payment systems, POS software and hardware, and self-checkout are among the stated areas. Together they let retail professionals examine technology used at the point of purchase and consider different approaches to serving shoppers.

International companies also present omnichannel solutions connecting retail channels. Visitors can compare these approaches with the technologies used in stores, gaining a broader view of retail systems than a single checkout product can provide.

Special shows, stages and Innovation Tours form part of the supporting programme. EuroCIS takes place annually in Düsseldorf and is integrated into EuroShop every three years. The exhibition and its additional formats offer different ways to follow developments in the sector.
