ЦИФРАПРАВА 2026 — Digital Law Forum

About the event

The Digital Law Forum 2026 is scheduled for 29 October in Moscow. It focuses on legal questions in the digital economy and brings together lawyers, executives and specialists working with digital products, platforms, data and content. The programme combines a plenary discussion of 2026–2027 regulatory trends, parallel topic sessions, a practical format on legal AI tools and an evening award ceremony.

The morning plenary addresses challenges in the digital economy and changes in regulation. Participants then choose between sessions on digital platforms and personal data. The platform track considers relationships between services, sellers and buyers, platform responsibility and new requirements. The data session covers access to and processing of information, privacy processes, user interfaces and the use of AI.

After lunch, parallel tracks cover artificial intelligence and content creation. Topics include AI in games and media, copyright, digital personas and user interaction. Another block looks at support measures and practical issues for IT businesses in 2027, as well as digital rights and cryptocurrency. These subjects connect legal questions with the development and use of digital products.

The practical “Neuro Lawyers: Tools and Practices Battle” compares legal AI services, their limitations, implementation economics, output quality and professional responsibility. Participants will discuss how to check the results of these tools and use them in legal practice. The evening programme includes the Digital Lawyer of the Year 2026 awards.

Registration and welcome coffee begin at 09:30; the plenary is scheduled for 10:00–11:30. Parallel sessions follow, so attendees choose a track; afternoon sessions begin at 13:45. The forum takes place at Cyberdom, 12 building 18 2nd Zvenigorodskaya Street, Moscow. The awards ceremony starts at 18:30.
