About the event

The forum “Formula for Effective Business: Team, Innovation, Results” takes place in Tomsk on 6 November 2026. This one-day practical programme is designed for owners and managers of micro and small businesses in the Tomsk region. It focuses on improving company efficiency and profitability through ideas that can be applied in day-to-day operations as well as in planning.

The working day runs from 09:30 to 18:30 Krasnoyarsk time. The forum takes place at Boiling Point Tomsk, 26 Lenin Avenue. Its programme uses three venue zones — Discover, Discuss and Create — for exploring materials, exchanging views and working together. The format is intended for active participation and discussion of attendees’ own business challenges.
