Hi-Tech Building 2026 Saint Petersburg: Smart Buildings

About the event

Hi-Tech Building 2026 is an exhibition forum on building automation and smart home systems in Saint Petersburg. The second Saint Petersburg edition is scheduled for 11 November at PetroCongress. Its focus is technology for residential and commercial properties, the management of building engineering systems and the professional integration of solutions. The format combines an exhibition with discussion of practical industry questions.

The business programme is arranged in three blocks. A smart building roundtable is scheduled from 11:00 to 13:00, followed by the Smart Home conference from 13:00 to 15:30 and a broad smart home panel from 15:30 to 17:00. The sequence moves from building automation in general to home technologies and their wider application. The programme is being supplemented, so session details may still be updated.

The forum is relevant to building automation designers and integrators, smart home professionals and specialists working with building engineering infrastructure. Attendees can discuss practical ways to control a property, how equipment works together and the integrator’s role in delivering a project. The themes range from individual technologies to a coordinated digital environment for a building.

The event takes place on 11 November 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00, at PetroCongress, 5 Lodeynopolskaya Street, Saint Petersburg. The business sessions run from 11:00 to 17:00, leaving time to visit the exhibition before and after the scheduled blocks. Check the current programme when arranging meetings, as organisers are continuing to add details.
