HUMAN. Personnel Training is a practical HR conference on building learning programmes that help people apply new knowledge at work and support business goals. The event is scheduled for 28 October 2026 in Moscow. It focuses on real solutions, experience gained, approaches that failed and lessons that can inform an organisation’s own employee development system.

The programme covers digital tools and artificial intelligence in learning, course creation and process automation, building a training system from scratch, mentoring and knowledge transfer. Other topics include training for frontline and large workforces, onboarding, corporate universities and generational differences in learning.

Participants will discuss how to connect learning with company objectives, assess its effectiveness and make the case for budgets through analytics and clear business measures.
