AI Innovator Conference 2026: AI in business

AI Innovator Conference 2026 runs on 22 October from 14:00 to 17:15 at Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospekt in Moscow.

About the event

AI Innovator Conference 2026 is scheduled for 22 October in Moscow at the Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospect, 90/3 Leninsky Prospect. Registration is listed from 13:30; the conference programme contains two panels, scheduled for 14:00–15:30 and 15:30–17:00. The conference block is listed as ending at 17:15. The AI Innovator Awards ceremony begins at 17:30 at the same venue as a separate event in the series. The conference focuses on enterprise AI adoption, from pilot use cases to operating at scale and the leadership role responsible for artificial intelligence.

The first panel, “AI That Changes Business: From Pilot to System,” examines how companies develop and implement AI strategy, what an AI-native organisation means and how to connect technology with work processes. Its published scope includes the AI operating model, platforms and data, use cases, new roles in business units and growth opportunities. The programme addresses the shift from isolated experiments to managed adoption: technology initiatives are considered alongside changes to company structure, processes and decision-making.

The first panel is moderated by Alexey Sidoryuk, founder of Gen AI and adviser to the FinTech Association’s CEO on artificial intelligence. The current programme lists seven speakers: Svyatoslav Solovyov, director of generative AI in IT at Alfa-Bank; Pavel Rozov, vice-president for AI transformation at Renaissance Insurance; Yuriy Shabalin, director of safe-AI technology development at Swordfish Security; Ilya Filippov, CEO of red_mad_robot AI; Irina Vakhrusheva, director of external leadership-development programmes at Sber University; Nikita Khudov, managing partner at StrategAI and deputy CEO of the AI Alliance; and Alexey Gvintovkin, founder of PRO BRAND.

The first panel covers conditions for implementation as well as the choice of AI tools. Its listed questions include workforce readiness, burnout, change-team skills and resistance within business units. The security strand covers AI risks, threat models, safeguards and stage-gate controls. The economic discussion addresses investment cases, measuring impact over a solution’s lifecycle, cost management and ending hypotheses that do not show value. The agenda also includes AI branding and attracting qualified specialists.

The second panel, “Next-Generation Technology Leaders: The New Role of the Chief AI Officer,” focuses on the management side of AI transformation. Speakers consider when a company needs a dedicated Chief AI Officer, what mandate that role should have and which outcomes it should own. The programme also asks where responsibilities sit among the CAIO, CIO, CTO, CDO and business leaders, how to allocate authority and how to avoid duplicated functions. The leadership question is framed as an operating-model issue linking technology decisions with company objectives.

The second panel is moderated by Alexander Abramkin, founder and managing partner of HeadExpert. Its published speaker lineup includes Ivan Kazarin, director of operational AI development at RUSAL; Andrey Avramenko, CEO of ASTON; Armen Amirkhanyan, director of AI development at Moscow Exchange; Egor Sivkov, AI director at MR Group; Semyon Ruchushkin, head of the innovative-technology competence centre at Rostelecom IT; Pavel Myagkikh, CIO of Solfer and programme expert at the Skolkovo School of Management; and Aram Simonyan, head of the digitalisation centre at Fund MIK. Their roles bring experience from industry, finance, telecommunications, real estate and technology businesses into the discussion.

Detailed biographies add professional context. Armen Amirkhanyan describes launching Moscow Exchange’s AI Development Office in 2024. His listed responsibilities include AI infrastructure, FinGPT, MOEX GPT, MOEX Insight AI, RAG, MeetingAgent and Code Agent products, and AI adoption in software-development processes. Alexey Sidoryuk’s biography additionally lists him as technical director for industry development at Positive Technologies, head of Industry Digital Transformation at the Digital Economy autonomous non-profit organization, and an author or expert on educational courses. Alexey Gvintovkin is presented as a member of the expert council of the State Duma committee for small and medium-sized businesses and an expert at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. Ivan Kazarin describes work since 2021 on developing and operating AI products for metallurgical production. These are published biographical statements, rather than proof of a shared economic outcome from the conference. The event page does not name the exact meeting room at Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospect.
