insureNXT 2027: insurance technology and new models in Cologne

About the event

insureNXT is an international conference and exhibition for innovation in insurance, scheduled in Cologne for 12–13 May 2027 at Koelnmesse Confex. It brings together insurers, startups, service providers and participants from other industries to discuss technological, cultural and strategic change.

One theme area focuses on resilience, insurability of risks and trust, including cyber risks, climate and natural hazards, AI risks and digital dependencies. Another looks at applying AI across sales, underwriting, claims handling, customer service and management.

A third strand explores new sales models, growth and ecosystems, access to customers and cross-industry partnerships. The exhibition is complemented by a conference programme, workshops, roundtables and professional meetings, offering different formats for exchanging ideas and discussing solutions.
