InterFood Ural 2026: Food Exhibition in Yekaterinburg

InterFood Ural is an international B2B exhibition for food and beverages. The 2026 edition runs from 27 to 29 October at Yekaterinburg-EXPO. It brings together food producers and suppliers with professionals responsible for purchasing and assortment development. The exhibition is one of five co-located shows under a “field to shelf” concept, while retaining its own display and sector focus.

Participants present food and beverages for the professional market. The InterFood Ural 2026 directory lets visitors review published profiles and stand numbers where available, then plan supplier meetings and shortlist products for sourcing. The exhibition is designed for business connections among producers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, as well as other food-market professionals.

The business programme includes supplier negotiation formats, industry discussions and activities on the exhibition floor. These include chef-led tours and the Chef’s Choice programme, offering ways to discover products and discuss their use in food service and retail. FoodTech Ural and AGROPROM Ural take place alongside it as separate exhibitions with their own displays and themes.

The exhibition takes place at Yekaterinburg-EXPO, 2 Expo Boulevard, Yekaterinburg. Visitor hours are 09:30–18:00 on 27 and 28 October and 09:30–16:00 on 29 October. The three days allow visitors to combine time at the stands with meetings and business events. InterFood Ural is relevant to food and beverage producers, buyers, distributors, retailers and HoReCa professionals.
