International Property Expo 2026 — Overseas Property and Investment

About the event

International Property Expo 2026 is a forum and exhibition on overseas real estate, scheduled for 31 October in Moscow. The programme focuses on international housing markets and investment opportunities, as well as questions connected with buying property and living abroad. Its format combines themed discussions and presentations for visitors considering options in different countries.

Announced subjects include overseas property and investment- and immigration-related offerings. Visitors can learn about the markets and destinations represented at the forum and compare them with their own goals. The exhibition component complements the discussions, placing market offers in the context of international property acquisition and ownership.

The forum is for people considering overseas real estate as a personal or investment asset. Topics span different countries and types of offerings; visitors can compare the conditions and features of each destination rather than treating them as one uniform market. A separate VIP interview format is also offered with the corresponding ticket.

The forum is presented by the RENTSTONE business club and RENTSTONE ESTATE agency together with overseas-property market specialists. Alongside the general discussions and presentations, VIP ticket holders have a separate interview format conducted by Aysa Sarangova. This distinguishes the main forum and exhibition programme from the additional conversation option.

The event is scheduled for 31 October in the President Hotel conference hall, 24 Bolshaya Yakimanka, Moscow. Registration and the programme are listed from 11:00 to 22:00. Visitors can use the day to explore overseas-property offers and join the themed discussions.
