interzum 2027: materials and components for furniture and interiors

About the event

interzum is an international supplier trade fair for furniture production and interior design, scheduled in Cologne for 11–14 May 2027. It brings together industrial and commercial companies, crafts businesses, architects, interior designers and office-equipment specialists. The 2027 theme is “Beyond Boundaries: Elevating Strategic Resilience.” Admission is for trade visitors only.

The exhibition is organized into three areas. Materials & Nature covers wood, veneer, decorative surfaces, papers, laminates and wood-based panels, as well as surface-processing technologies. Function & Components focuses on lighting, semi-finished products, furniture fittings, locks and built-in components.

Textile & Machinery brings together equipment and materials for upholstered furniture and sleep systems, including upholstery fabrics, leather and adhesives. Taken together, the sections span materials, components and production solutions for furniture and interiors, from surfaces and fittings to textiles and machinery.

The fair is scheduled in Cologne. It is open from 09:00 to 18:00 Tuesday through Thursday, 11–13 May, and from 09:00 to 17:00 on Friday, 14 May.
