ISM 2027
ISM brings together three professional trade fairs for the sweets and snacks industry, spanning ingredients, manufacturing and finished products. The 2027 event is scheduled in Cologne for 31 January–3 February.
About the event
From 31 January to 3 February 2027, ISM presents a combined programme of ISM Ingredients, ISM Manufacturing and ISM Snacks & Sweets in Cologne. Together, the three fairs cover the professional chain from raw materials and semi-finished products to finished goods.
ISM Ingredients focuses on raw materials, ingredients and semi-finished products. ISM Manufacturing covers production, processing, packaging and technology. ISM Snacks & Sweets introduces trade visitors and international buyers to sweets and snack brands.
Opening hours are 09:00–18:00 from 31 January through 2 February and 09:00–16:00 on 3 February. Tickets are available through the official online shop. The venue is Koelnmesse in Cologne.
