About the event

The 9th annual Crypto Summit is scheduled for 28–29 October 2026 in Moscow. This forum focuses on cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and the development of digital assets in Russia and the CIS. Its business programme brings together market, technology and regulatory topics that affect companies, investors and infrastructure projects.

A central theme is the changing architecture of digital finance: how industry rules are evolving and which solutions will shape the market. Sessions address regulation of the crypto market, international settlements involving cryptocurrency and banks, and new possibilities for financial infrastructure and cross-border business.

Another part of the programme looks at crypto platforms, digital assets and investment in the Russian market. AML/KYC, compliance, international standards and trusted digital infrastructure are also on the agenda. Two tracks—the Main Stage and Business and Technology—approach industry questions from commercial and technical perspectives.

The forum is intended for investors and funds, miners, traders, exchanges, developers and crypto projects, as well as lawmakers, lawyers and journalists. This mix supports professional discussion of market changes, cooperation between business and government, and practical solutions for people working across the industry.

Crypto Summit will take place at MTS Live Hall in Moscow on 28 and 29 October. An online stream of talks and key programme events is available for participants joining from other regions and countries. The two-day format combines a business programme, technology discussions and an exhibition zone.
