2026 Congress of the Russian Society of Radiologists and Radiology

About the event

The annual Congress of the Russian Society of Radiologists and Radiology will take place in Moscow on 5–7 November 2026. It is a scientific and educational meeting for physicians, researchers, healthcare administrators and specialists in related fields. The focus is on radiology and instrumental diagnostics, their role in clinical guidance and collaboration between imaging specialists and clinicians.

One of the main themes is screening programmes for socially significant diseases. Participants will discuss how imaging methods support disease detection and clinical decisions, as well as the challenges of applying diagnostics in everyday practice. Interdisciplinary exchange helps connect what imaging can provide with clinical questions and patient needs.

The programme addresses modern approaches to acquiring and processing medical images, including artificial intelligence, radiomics, radiogenomics and deep machine learning. These fields create additional possibilities for data analysis and for evaluating diagnostic methods. The congress offers a setting for professionals who develop, use and assess these technologies in healthcare to exchange experience.

Three days of scientific and professional sessions will bring together presentations and topic areas in radiology and diagnostics. A related specialist exhibition is planned alongside the congress. Online streaming will be available from a limited number of rooms, so remote access applies to selected sessions. The parallel sessions make it useful to choose topics in advance.

The congress takes place at the Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki, 24 Rusakovskaya Street, Moscow. The standard in-person package includes access to scientific sessions and the exhibition, congress materials and coffee breaks. Online attendance has a separate package, and the stream covers only some rooms. Recordings of scientific sessions after the congress will be available only to current society members.
