About the event

The Consumer Market Leaders Forum takes place in Zavidovo on 27–28 October 2026, focusing on customer service, marketing and business development. The first day is set aside for a pre-party and business game; the main programme follows on 28 October with themed sessions, talks, panel discussions and the Consumer Choice Award ceremony.

The agenda looks at changes in consumer markets and ways to develop businesses through product quality and customer experience. Participants will discuss e-commerce, marketplaces and retail, handling reviews and criticism, how data affects sales, customer loyalty and hybrid ways of engaging buyers.
