About the event

Lubricant Expo Europe is an annual European exhibition and conference for professionals working with lubricants and lubrication technology. It focuses on advances in the field and on bringing people into contact with market solutions. The audience includes engineers, executives and other industry professionals involved in developing, using, buying, supplying or selling lubricants. The exhibition and conference formats combine product discovery with professional exchange.

The event’s professional community includes lubricant buyers, suppliers, technical experts and distributors. It spans the European value chain, from development and production to selection, use and sale. Bringing these roles together helps participants understand how end-user requirements relate to supplier offerings and to the chemical and equipment supply chain that supports the industry.

The European series combines an exhibition with a conference. Its published conference profile describes two concurrent tracks, expert-led panels and presentations addressing industry innovations, challenges and opportunities, as well as changing customer demands. This gives professionals several ways to engage: explore solutions on the exhibition floor, discuss them with market participants and follow focused industry conversations.

The 2027 edition is scheduled for 14–16 September at Messe Düsseldorf in Düsseldorf, Germany. It offers professionals across the lubricant value chain a shared setting to explore technology, compare needs and solutions, and build business connections. The exhibition and conference are described as free to attend.
