About the event

Mediaconfa 2026 is scheduled for 1 November in Saint Petersburg. The conference explores personal branding, media, marketing and content for entrepreneurs, experts, creators and promotion professionals. Across the day, participants will consider how to explain their work clearly, create content that draws attention and use public visibility to support professional goals and business growth.

The programme opens with personal branding: identifying expertise, finding a comfortable way to be visible and building a recognisable profile. A separate discussion focuses on content, from finding ideas and a clear message to introducing yourself in a way that helps a new contact remember you. The psychology session looks at how personal values and inner beliefs shape public presence and the format that feels right.

Practical topics include AI tools in marketing, promotion trends for 2027 and using in-person events to develop a business. Participants will discuss how to choose useful events, organise their own, meet potential partners and turn conversations into professional connections. The programme also considers how newspapers, glossy magazines and new media can help experts and businesses reach premium audiences.

The day concludes with an open conversation with the speakers, giving attendees a chance to ask questions and discuss their own situations. A VideoDen video booth will be available at the conference; the team will help guests prepare a script and record a short video introduction. The booth is free for conference guests. It is a chance to put ideas about self-presentation and content into practice.

The event is scheduled from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Izmailovsky Training Centre: fourth floor, 2 Izmailovsky Prospekt / 120 Fontanka River Embankment, Saint Petersburg. Registration and open networking are planned for 10:00–11:00, talks and discussion for 11:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00, with lunch from 13:00 to 14:00. The venue is within walking distance of Tekhnologichesky Institut metro station and has entrances from both the courtyard and the embankment.
