Medovik Autumn 2026: managing medical clinics
Medovik Autumn 2026 runs on 22–23 October at Palmira Business Club in Moscow and online, with three parallel tracks.
About the event
The Medovik — Autumn 2026 forum was scheduled for 22–23 October in Moscow at Palmira Business Club, 6 building 2 Novodanilovskaya Embankment. The official page listed in-person participation and online access. Its programme concerned medical-clinic management, marketing, patient service and digital technology. Parallel tracks titled Management, Marketing and Technology were announced for each day, with talks, panels and practical cases. This structure spans clinic work from management and patient communication to digital process support. The copy reflects the published schedule and subjects without claiming that particular presentations or outcomes took place.
The Management track included clinic effectiveness and team operations. Listed topics included physician KPIs, staff motivation beyond financial reward, leadership, the role of a medical coordinator, healthcare-organisation economics and management of preventive-care areas. These titles connect measures, work organisation and patient contact without reducing management to a single financial figure. For clinic leaders and healthcare managers, they provide subjects for discussing processes and accountability. Titles that contain claims of growth or savings remain programme claims and are not presented here as verified results.
The Marketing track covered clinic positioning, brand and patient acquisition. The announced programme included rebranding, premium-segment growth, retention and LTV, omnichannel marketing, aggregators, GEO/SEO, digital products and the patient journey from first contact to appointment. This frames marketing as broader than media placement: it includes awareness, patient experience, repeat visits and coordination across channels. Individual cases on the page are associated with particular talks and do not constitute universal advice for all clinics.
The Technology track focused on digital support for medical organisations. Announced subjects included a mobile app, electronic document management, telemedicine, speech analytics, patient data and electronic medical records, local AI environments, AI agents integrated with CRM and medical information systems, and BI for forecasting and performance monitoring. These areas touch different stages: communication before a visit, administrator and clinician workflows, information handling and management analytics.
Several listed topics connected clinical service and operating processes. The programme addressed preventive and longevity services, the patient route to a clinic visit, call-centre communication quality, routine automation and a digital patient journey. These subjects allow patient experience to be considered beyond the appointment itself, across contact, booking, service and follow-up.
In the Management track on 22 October, medical mentor and trainer Marina Loshutova is listed for 10:50–11:40 on physician KPIs and assessing performance without toxic control. At 12:40–13:30, Ekaterina Mikhailova, deputy chief physician for personnel and head of HR at Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Hospital, is scheduled with “What Besides Money: How to Motivate Staff.” These are separate published talks connecting performance measurement with non-financial motivation.
Skillmed was named as forum organiser. The page’s partner grid includes medical and technology brands in partner roles; these are distinct from the organiser and do not prove that a partner exhibited or attended. Speakers and moderators are listed, but their employers do not automatically make up a delegate or audience-company roster. Promotional materials give expected scale figures of 400 guests and more than 60 speakers; these are forecasts, not actual attendance results. A confirmed attendee-company list was not established separately.
The Technology track on 23 October lists Viktor Semyonov, CEO of iambulant, at 12:15–13:00 on electronic medical-record data quality. Dmitry Raevsky, DocDeti’s digitalisation director, is scheduled for 15:20–16:00 on an AI agent integrated with CRM and medical information systems. At 17:20–18:00, Maxim Levchenko, deputy operating director of the combined ABC Medicine and Niarmedik network, is listed on BI for forecasting and monitoring clinic performance. These examples specify the announced digital subjects without establishing implementation outcomes.
In the Marketing track on 22 October, Elena Novikova, managing partner and director of Gavan 812, is listed for 10:00–10:55 with a case about changing the BaltMed brand to Gavan 812. At 10:55–11:45, Galina Panchenko, marketing director of Atribut Group, is scheduled on premium-segment growth, LTV, retention and omnichannel marketing. These are published cases from particular organisations, not a universal strategy for every clinic. Titles and times describe planned talks without asserting that they occurred. The same track also lists Aleksandra Solodiy, marketing director of Fomin Clinic, at 11:45–12:40 on combining brand and performance marketing when planning for 2027.
The official schedule contains 52 talk and panel entries across three thematic tracks over two days. Some entries list a co-speaker within the same session; that line does not represent an additional standalone panel. Because the tracks run in parallel, the published timetable requires visitors to choose subjects relevant to their clinic and professional role. The count helps describe the programme’s breadth, but it is not a count of talks that actually took place or attendees.
