International Trade Day 2026

A forum and exhibition on foreign trade, export and import, logistics and international cooperation.

About the event

The International Trade Day 2026 forum and exhibition will take place on 2–3 November in Moscow at the Lomonosov Cluster. It is intended for foreign trade professionals, businesses, international partners, trade representatives and public authorities. The programme focuses on practical aspects of cross-border trade, building business connections and finding solutions for companies working in international markets.

The business programme brings together several subject areas. The export and import track includes discussions of international business contacts and support measures. A separate logistics track covers cross-border payments, transport hubs and new routes. Another strand addresses how businesses work with government on financial, customs and tax regulation for foreign economic activity.

International cooperation sessions consider new directions for working with partners, projects involving BRICS+, the SCO and the EAEU, and interregional links. The format encourages exchange among companies, business associations and public-sector representatives. A business contact centre is set up for B2B meetings, while the exhibition gives companies an opportunity to present their work and visitors to explore participants’ products and services.

The programme includes business sessions, workshops and meeting areas. On 2 November at 19:00, the Leader of International Trade award ceremony is scheduled, recognising companies and infrastructure in export and import. It is a distinct forum event alongside discussions of markets, logistics and business partnerships.

The exhibition opens at 09:00 on 2 and 3 November; participant registration and a welcome coffee break are scheduled from 09:00 to 10:00. The forum takes place at the Lomonosov Cluster, 1 Ramensky Boulevard, Moscow. The schedule spans several halls and meeting spaces, so attendees can plan sessions of interest and leave time for conversations with potential partners.
