International Forum on Collective Security 2026

About the event

The International Forum on Collective Security is scheduled for 10–11 November 2026 in Moscow. It forms part of activities connected with Russia’s 2026 chairmanship of the CSTO and focuses on security in Eurasia. The forum is designed for dialogue among public institutions, international organisations and experts about shared challenges and opportunities for cooperation.

The programme includes an opening, plenary meetings and thematic discussions. Its main strands are collective security in Eurasia, global challenges and a multipolar world. These subjects put regional priorities into a wider international context and give participants a basis for considering joint approaches.

A separate roundtable concerns the Collective Security Treaty Organization. A planned exhibition of products and technologies in the collective-security field runs alongside the discussions. It offers a way to see the solutions being presented and to connect the policy conversation with practical developments.

The venue is the Congress Centre of the World Trade Center, 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Entrance 4, Moscow. Plenary meetings, thematic discussions and the exhibition make up the two-day forum; visitors should use the designated entrance when travelling to the centre.
