MICE Excellence Forum 2026: Focus on What Matters

About the event

MICE Excellence Forum 2026, “Focus on What Matters,” is a professional gathering for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions industry. It takes place in Moscow from 12 to 14 November at Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park. The audience includes buyers, organisers, suppliers and experts working to develop business events and collaboration across the MICE market.

The programme is organised by format and day. An introductory day with business and networking sessions is planned for 12 November, from 14:00 to 19:00, as an optional paid programme. The main forum takes place on 13 November and includes themed sessions, a B2B workshop and an exhibition. Networking opportunities and meetings with sector companies are part of the professional setting.

The exhibition brings together services and offers for planning and delivering business events. Published exhibitor profiles help attendees shortlist services and plan meetings around the main forum programme. The 14 November schedule is still in development, so visitors should check current details for the final day. Plans for the final day can be made once its programme is published.

The venue is Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park, 36 Leningradsky Prospekt, Building 33, Moscow. The three-day event is relevant to professionals working in conferences, corporate meetings, exhibitions and business travel. MICE Excellence Forum is intended for event organisers, corporate buyers, venues, agencies and service providers looking to build professional connections and explore new ways to work together.
