Technology and contracting for offshore oil and gas

A forum on offshore projects, equipment, import substitution, procurement, logistics and drilling.

About the event

Neftegazshelf 2026 is the 19th conference on contracting for offshore oil and gas projects, scheduled for 30 October in Moscow. The forum focuses on developing projects on the Russian shelf and practical questions of engineering and organisation. Its agenda centres on equipment, procurement, logistics and drilling technologies for complex offshore work.

A dedicated strand addresses equipment import substitution and reverse engineering. These topics connect to finding technical solutions for offshore projects, assessing available components and adapting systems to operating requirements. They form part of the broader challenge of securing the equipment and technologies needed for projects.

Procurement and logistics sessions cover supply to offshore sites and coordination across supply chains. These questions matter where delivery schedules, equipment specifications and contractor coordination affect project work. The programme connects engineering topics with the practical organisation of contracts and supplies.

The programme names offshore projects of Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Lukoil and Rosneft as subjects for discussion. It connects them with contracting, equipment, drilling technologies and transport infrastructure. These themes help visitors relate the needs of project owners to the capabilities of suppliers and engineers working on offshore developments.

Neftegazshelf is scheduled for 30 October at Hotel Continental, 22 Tverskaya Street, Moscow. A combined ticket for 29–30 October also covers the separate Neftegazservice conference on 29 October. These are distinct business programmes, so visitors can choose the ticket that matches the day or days they wish to attend.
