NexGeM is a new trade fair for digitalisation in metalworking, scheduled in Hanover for 5–8 April 2027. Its scope includes software, artificial intelligence, automation, machine connectivity and retrofit.
The fair brings together manufacturers, technology providers, research organisations and industrial users.
Published themes include industrial AI, machine learning and predictive analytics, which concern the use of data and digital methods in production. Digital process chains and digital twins address how operations connect and how they are represented digitally. Smart factory and connected manufacturing themes focus on interaction among production systems and machine connectivity.
The fair is scheduled at Messegelände Hannover alongside HANNOVER MESSE.
