It is intended for industry professionals and buyers interested in both established brands and new companies.
opti SPHEARE addresses optical and optical-acoustic practices, while opti SMART TECH focuses on smart glasses, hearables, wearables and related solutions. The announced areas also include opti VISIONARY and opti NEW SELECTION. In 2027, opti NEW SELECTION replaces opti BOX and features independent frame brands in Hall C2; its award ceremony is announced for opti DESIGN STAGE in Hall C1.
The planned venue is Munich Exhibition Centre, Am Messesee 2, 81829 Munich. Published hours are 10:00–19:00 on 29 and 30 January and 10:00–17:00 on 31 January, with North and North-West entrances. A Deutsche Bahn travel ticket does not replace the fair admission ticket.
