Pishchevka3D: FOODIGITAL 2026 is a conference on digitalization in the food industry under the theme “From Data to Money.” It is scheduled for 3–4 December 2026 in Saint Petersburg at ITMO University, 9 Lomonosova Street. The organizer is VATEL CONSULTING LLC. The programme considers digital solutions across several stages of a food business, from raw-material procurement to product development.

The procurement section covers forecasting raw-material needs and traceability. The programme then turns to production and integration across ERP–APS–MES–SCADA: enterprise resource planning, advanced production planning, manufacturing operations management, and supervisory control.
