PRODEXPO-2026 — International Specialized Wholesale Food Exhibition-Fair

About the event

The 32nd PRODEXPO-2026 takes place on 17–20 November 2026 at Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO, 24 P. Medelki Street, Minsk. The official visitor page lists bus 186С from Akademiya Nauk metro station.

The separately named organiser of the ‘Traditions. Quality. Innovations’ tasting competition is the National Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food; BelExpo is its joint organiser. These roles belong to the competition rather than the entire exhibition.

A wholesale food exhibition-fair

PRODEXPO-2026 is an international specialized exhibition-fair for food products and the wholesale market. The published description lists food-industry products, refrigeration equipment for food production and sales, containers, packaging, workwear and other areas. The exhibition scope also lists food processing, beverages, ingredients and production equipment.

Business programme

The business programme theme is “Traditions. Quality. Innovation.”. Its co-organizers are consulting company «РитейлМаркетинг» and «Пекарь & Кондитер».

The programme includes conferences, round tables and strategy sessions on food security, innovation, export development and new retail formats. Named components include an international food-product quality tasting competition, a culinary cup, a confectionery championship, a packaging contest, a bakery and confectionery quality review, a bakers symposium and a cuisines festival.

The “Traditions. Quality. Innovations” food-product tasting competition runs from 15 June to 20 November 2026. Awards are scheduled during PRODEXPO, 17–20 November; the exact award date and time will be published later.

Organizer

The official PRODEXPO page names State Enterprise «БелЭкспо» as organizer of the full exhibition and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian State Concern for Food Industry «БЕЛГОСПИЩЕПРОМ» as supporting organizations. «РитейлМаркетинг» and «Пекарь & Кондитер» co-organize the business programme only.

Visitor access and admission

17 November is a VIP day: entry is available with a participant badge, printed invitation, accredited media badge, or a registered personal e-ticket for industry specialists. On 18–20 November, entry is available with a participant badge or invitation, an on-site ticket (BYN 25 full price; BYN 15 concession), a registered specialist e-ticket, accredited media status, or a certified student list. 17–19 November: 10:00–18:00; 20 November: 10:00–16:00.
