Rauch&Glut is a BBQ lifestyle fair taking place in Freiburg from 19 to 21 March 2027. The product range includes gas, electric, charcoal and pellet grills, smokers, BBQ equipment and accessories, outdoor kitchens, meat from regional butchers, sauces, rubs, spices and drinks.
The Glut&Gründer area features start-ups and manufacturers, while the outdoor Grillboulevard hosts demonstrations. The programme includes grill shows and talks, participatory grilling competitions, seminars and tastings. Lounge areas offer space to take a break.
