Real Estate Arena 2027 in Hanover: real estate and cities

Real Estate Arena is an exhibition and conference on real estate, construction and urban development, scheduled in Hanover for 9–10 June 2027. It addresses mid-sized businesses in the sector, cities and municipalities, with innovation, transformation and sustainability among its main themes.

The exhibition covers property development, office, retail, industrial and logistics property, housing and project planning. Investment, building management, energy, start-ups and infrastructure extend the range.

The professional audience includes architects, urban planners, developers, investors, property managers and research organisations. The exhibition is paired with REA Future Conference and business meetings, bringing these groups together around the future of property and cities.

The venue is Messegelände Hannover, Halls 3 and 4, with entry at Nord 2. Opening hours are 09:00–18:00 on both days. Tickets are sold online only; there is no on-site ticket office.
