RoBau 2027 in Rostock: building and housing
Regional building and housing fair in Rostock, scheduled for 24–26 September 2027, with property, financing, smart homes and gardens.
About the event
RoBau is a regional building fair for private visitors in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, scheduled in Rostock for 24–26 September 2027. It addresses housing decisions at different stages of a project.
Topics range from new construction, conversion and property purchase to modernisation and energy-efficient refurbishment. Visitors can consider both plans for a future home and improvements to an existing one.
More than 150 exhibitors present trends in building and living, financing, smart homes, security, skilled trades, garden design and e-mobility. This range connects the building with its surroundings and everyday use.
A professional and supporting programme complements the exhibition, extending the visit beyond the displays of housing and construction offers.
