Hotelier Secrets: Novosibirsk is an exhibition and forum for hospitality solutions, scheduled for 10 November 2026. It is the project’s third edition in Novosibirsk and brings together hotel owners, managers and specialists from other accommodation businesses. The day focuses on practical hospitality challenges: sales, occupancy, guest experience, technology and hotel operations.

The exhibition and business programme offer a chance to explore solutions for daily hotel work and speak directly with providers and peers. Announced sessions cover personalising the guest journey from first booking to repeat visits, using online sales channels and responding to changing traveller preferences. Other topics include business travel and MICE, revenue management and market data for assessing competitiveness.

Practical sessions address pricing, booking conversion, guest complaints and preventing recurring service problems. The programme includes expert presentations, a discussion built around real revenue-management scenarios and a master class on turning strategic goals into clear team actions. Interactive activities and coffee breaks provide more time for professional conversation and experience sharing.

The exhibition takes place at the Grand Autograph Hotel Novosibirsk, 31 Ordzhonikidze Street. Admission is free with advance registration. The exhibition opens at 09:00 and business sessions begin at 10:30; the discussion runs from 15:00 to 16:00, a master class from 16:00 to 17:00, followed by a prize draw scheduled to finish at 17:30.
