People Management in Russia 2026: Analytics, AI and Leadership

About the event

“People Management in Russia 2026” is a one-day conference for HR directors, their deputies and heads of personnel departments. It is scheduled for 29 October in Moscow. The programme addresses the challenges of managing people and developing the HR function in changing conditions, from talent shortages to technology adoption and employee reskilling.

Key subjects include shortages of qualified staff, competition for talent and changing employment models, employee experience and retention, and the development of middle managers. The programme also names HR analytics and business-relevant metrics, employees’ psychological resilience and work with younger generations. Rapid reskilling for changing business needs is another stated theme.

The conference also considers HR process automation and governance of artificial intelligence in people-related work. Topics include selecting digital tools, structuring processes and applying AI responsibly. Analytics and employee experience add a people-focused perspective to the technology discussions, linking data with management decisions and HR practice.

The organiser presents the conference as a live exchange of practical cases and HR strategies. Participation terms depend on professional role: free places are offered to chief executives, HR directors and their deputies from medium and large businesses. Vendors, integrators, consultants and solution providers participate on commercial terms, which matters when submitting an application.

The conference is scheduled for 29 October at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, 4 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow. It is a one-day, in-person meeting. Visitors can match topics from analytics and AI to retention and employee experience with their own responsibilities and choose the appropriate participation terms.
