5th International Forum Commonwealth of Fashion 2026

About the event

The 5th International Forum Commonwealth of Fashion is scheduled for 28–30 October 2026 in Saint Petersburg. It focuses on the development of light industry and fashion across the CIS. Its business agenda treats the sector as a connected value chain, from design and raw materials to cooperative production and exports.

The forum brings public-sector and industry perspectives together. Its subjects are relevant to representatives of light manufacturing and fashion, producers of equipment and components, specialised educational institutions, and people working on regional and international cooperation in the sector.

The Commonwealth of Fashion track considers raw-material independence, new cooperation chains, regional brands and access to new markets. Listed topics include workforce development, commercialising local labels, the fur market, fashion exports, wellbeing and digital infrastructure for the creative industries.

The programme continues the forum’s discussion of how design, manufacturing, education and brand development can work together. Sessions consider practical conditions for production and cross-border cooperation, as well as ways to develop local projects into sustainable commercial activity. Shows by designers from Russia and participating countries complement the business programme.

The forum’s main venue is Tavrichesky Palace, 47 Shpalernaya Street, Saint Petersburg. A show of Russian designers on 29 October and collections from participating countries on 30 October are scheduled at the Marble Hall of the Russian Museum of Ethnography. Entry to Tavrichesky Palace requires a participant accreditation badge and passport.
