Fifth All-Russian Real Estate Service Forum — 2026

About the event

The Fifth All-Russian Real Estate Service Forum was scheduled for 21–22 October 2026, 09:00–17:00, in Moscow. The venue listed was the Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospect at 90/3 Leninsky Prospect. The forum focuses on the role of service throughout a property’s lifecycle, from handover and move-in to daily operations and communication with residents and users.

Its practical concern is the customer experience: how to organise requests, feedback, service workflows and coordination among developers, management companies, contractors and building users. These questions remain relevant after a new property opens. Decisions about communication, response times and coordination between teams shape the everyday quality of the environment and how residents and tenants experience its management.

The announced agenda covers property and service-company management, comfortable and safe environments, tariffs, legal issues and digital tools. The published first-day programme included a strategy session and discussions about service, property safety, revenue management and the work of service companies; conference rooms 1 and 2 were named for the sessions. Participants can relate those areas to the stage and type of their own projects.

The forum is aimed at developers, property managers, service businesses and professionals responsible for residential or commercial property operations. It offers a working setting to compare approaches to customer service, operations and service delivery, and to speak with peers and solution providers. The Eurasian Centre for Business Events, operating under the ENERGYEVENTS brand, is identified as organiser and operator. Check the official page for participation details and the current programme.
