W3+ FAIR WETZLAR is an exhibition and conference for optics, photonics, electronics and mechanics, scheduled in Wetzlar for 10–11 March 2027. It brings developers, decision-makers and specialists together around technology solutions and business contacts.
Three additional areas are announced for 2027: Defense & Security + Space, Optical Manufacturing World and Automation, KI & Robotics. They cover component applications in security and space, optical production, coatings and measurement, and automation, robotics and AI in manufacturing and quality control.
The en.tech-talks conference supports industry knowledge exchange, while Campus Area presents university research. These formats complement the technical exhibition.
The fair is scheduled at Buderus Arena Wetzlar, open 09:30–17:00 on both days. Free admission is published for school pupils and students. The arena is near Wetzlar railway station and the central bus station.
