20th Conference on Oilfield Services in Russia — Neftegazservis 2026

The 20th Conference “Oilfield Services in Russia,” Neftegazservis 2026, is scheduled for 29 October in Moscow. It is a professional meeting for leaders of geophysical and drilling companies, well-workover providers, oilfield service contractors and representatives of oil and gas customers. The focus is on service operations at Russian fields and cooperation between contractors and their clients.

Participants will discuss the state and prospects of the oilfield services market, the supply of equipment and materials for exploration and production projects, service costs and contractor performance management. The programme includes an expert discussion on industry regulation and coordination, five-year market scenarios, and the roles of in-house service divisions at vertically integrated oil companies and independent contractors.

A separate programme strand covers technology for exploration and production: bringing solutions into use, equipment for autonomous fields, hydraulic fracturing, enhanced oil recovery, and reducing the time and cost of well construction. Other announced topics include managing mature fields with neural networks and using digital twins to manage oil and gas assets.

Much of the agenda addresses equipment localisation and critical machinery. Topics include reverse engineering, certification of Russian-made products, industry testing, procurement, developing alternatives, and supplying equipment and services for drilling and downhole operations. These discussions connect with supply-chain changes, reserve fleets of critical equipment and government support for domestic solutions.

The conference is scheduled at Hotel Continental, 22 Tverskaya Street, Moscow. The programme also includes the results of an annual survey of oil and gas companies and awards for oilfield service providers in specialist categories, from seismic surveys, drilling and geophysics to hydraulic fracturing and electric submersible pump maintenance. Participation requires a registration form and a fee; hotel accommodation is not included.
