Exhibition and congress spaces

«Экспофорум» is a congress and exhibition complex in Saint Petersburg that opened on 7 October 2014. Its indoor exhibition areas cover 50,000 m² and its outdoor areas 40,000 m². The exhibition pavilions are column-free, and the internal layout can be reconfigured for exhibitions, congresses and combined formats.

The congress center has 68 conference rooms. Maximum capacities are 30,000 congress participants, 10,000 concert spectators or 6,500 banquet guests. These are different venue-use options; actual capacity depends on the event configuration and seating plan.

Connected spaces and infrastructure

The exhibition pavilions are linked to the congress center by a covered walkway. The complex also has the Hilton St. Petersburg ExpoForum and Hampton by Hilton hotels, a business center, a customs and logistics complex, sports and entertainment facilities, cafés and restaurants. Together, these facilities support exhibitions, conferences, congresses and business meetings.

Venue and operator

The complex is operated by «ЭкспоФорум-Интернэшнл». Organizers of individual exhibitions and congresses set their own programmes and participation terms.

Architectural concept

The architectural concept was developed with the participation of «Герасимов и партнёры», NPS Tchoban Voss, «Чобан и партнёры» and ООО «Проектсервис». The Super E form refers to the complex’s parallel buildings connected by a covered walkway. This composition brings the exhibition and congress spaces together while preserving their distinct functions.
