Franchise concepts, investment projects, business models
At GFE 2025, visitors will discover a wide variety of franchising models across key sectors: food and beverage (fast food, cafés, tea shops, restaurants), retail (convenience stores, fashion, electronics), services (education, logistics, cleaning, elderly care), and lifestyle brands (beauty salons, fitness centers, child development centers). Both mature franchises with extensive networks and early-stage concepts will be present, giving investors options at all levels of scale and commitment.
In addition to traditional brick-and-mortar models, there will be a growing presence of e-commerce franchises, online-to-offline (O2O) models, and digital platform-based businesses. Exhibitors will showcase full franchise packages: brand identity, store design, training modules, operation manuals, supply chain systems, marketing strategies, and digital management tools. Special areas of the show will highlight cross-border franchise opportunities, emerging technology integrations in franchising (such as AI-driven customer service), and mobile business models.
Visitors will also benefit from live case studies, pitch sessions from emerging brands, and franchisor–franchisee networking sessions. Government programs for entrepreneurship support, small business financing, and market expansion services will be featured alongside consulting firms that help with due diligence, location analysis, and franchise agreement negotiations. GFE 2025 positions itself not only as a matchmaking platform but as a full ecosystem for launching and scaling a franchise in China and the Asia-Pacific region.
