About the venue
Historic setting and technology
Humboldt Carré combines historic architecture with modern event technology. The atrium, a former cashier hall, has a glass roof, parquet flooring and 12-metre sandstone columns. A 10 × 5.5-metre LED wall and multimedia equipment are available for presentations and business events.
Spaces and capacity
The venue has more than 1,200 m² of flexible event space and 11 additional rooms on one level. Grand Carré combines halls, foyers and meeting rooms for congresses, gala events and brand presentations; its stated capacity of up to 1,200 depends on the selected configuration.
Event layouts
The Atrium Package combines the historic atrium with the Alter Fritz foyer, the David Hansemann space and the Lounge. Studio Package uses the Caroline & Wilhelm von Humboldt room for press conferences, product presentations and workshops, with flexible layouts, multimedia equipment and a catering area. Coworking Package brings together the Carl von Gontard and Theodor Fontane rooms; Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a digital whiteboard and a stage are available on request. Studio Package provides direct access to the entrance hall; a lounge is also available.
